It is required that the Board of Directors make a diligent effort to effectively collect the monthly assessments due the association. The collected assessments finance the community services that allow your association to function for all of the membership. Capital Management Group will assist the board in reviewing a comprehensive, informative, effective and fair collection policy for your membership – and then, to the very best of Capital Management Group proven ability – the policy will be followed.
